Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Estimate your shipping charges by simply adding items to the shopping cart and entering your delivery address. Please note additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer for overseas orders.

Returns & Replacements
  • As of December 1 2016, we will no longer accept returns on any online purchased item. 
  • We may exchange items for another item if there is defect in the item. Item must be in the original condition, Unworn and with all tags. We will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return if the dress is wear few times or not in good condition.  We will also pay for the return shipment if the item is a result of our error.

 RETURNING IN STORE

 Hamari Wardrobe will accept retunes within 14 days at the store. Simply bring the item(s) you'd like to return along with your receipt and original form of payment. We will assist you with your return.

  • There will be no return of all special-occasion or special order dresses.

 Exchange Policy.

In some instances, we may be able to process an exchange order for an item that you have purchased at our store only. If you would like us to check on the availability of an exchange order, please contact Customer services. 

Merchandise Avalibility
Merchandise availability on our Site is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via email. You can always verify availability by calling Customer Service or by joining us in Live Chat. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items have shipped.
